On April 20, 2026, Sixth Circuit Judge Christine Klinger officially swore in Garry Guan as a Court Appointed Special Advocate. Garry brings a strong passion for serving youth, along with previous volunteer experience through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. His commitment to advocating for the best interests of children who have experienced abuse and neglect will make a meaningful impact in our community.
